   I need to express my concerns about the new laws regarding handguns
   which were enacted too quickly. It is a violation, in my opinion, of
   the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution. More importantly, it is going to
   restrict respectable, upstanding, law-abiding citizen pistol permit
   holders while allowing criminals to be those that are armed. It is not
   the criminals that obtain their guns legally nor follow these laws;
   while honest people, like myself, do.
